Old Cutler Academy Enrollment

As we welcome you and your child to our center, we would like to provide you with an orientation of our program; our philosophy, curriculum, goals and daily activities. As a prospective parent you will be greeted by the Director or Assistant Director and will have an opportunity to discuss your needs, concerns and desires as they pertain to the type of care your child will receive while attending Old Cutler Academy Learning Center. Once you have reviewed, completed and submitted the enrollment packet. You and your family will be given an in-depth tour of the center and introduced to the teachers and staff. At this time we hope to answer any questions that your may have about our policies and guidelines in regards to the care of your child.

Fees and Financial Policies

Fees include: registration, weekly tuition, books and materials, sleeping mat and uniforms, all at a low cost to parents and guardians.

Registration Fees: Pursuant to the Registration/Tuition information sheet you signed to register your child, please remember that registration fees, book and material fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON- TRANSFERABLE. Receipt of these fees confirms your decision to enroll your child and insures a place in Old Cutler Academy Learning Center for him/her.

Absentee: When a child is absent during the week, the full week must be paid in full. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. One consecutive week is discounted per year due to illness as long as a doctor's note is provided upon the child's return to school.

Late Charge: If an emergency should arise and you cannot pick up your child on time, you will receive a late charge. After 6:30, the fee is $5.00 for every 10 minute period per child. After 7:00 all fees double. Please keep in mind that Old Cutler Academy Learning Center closes at 6:30 SHARP. The late program only applies to extreme emergencies.

Returned Checks: The returned check fee is $30.00. The total amount of your account must be completely cleared in cash within three working days. After the ~ returned check, we will no longer accept any checks for payment. ONLY CASH PAYMENTS WILL, BE ACCEPTED
